The other cards in these decks (with printed set code NCC and collector numbers #191-447) are legal for play in any format that already allows those cards that is, appearing in these decks doesn't change a card's legality in any format. NCC #094-185 are extended-art versions of the previous cards, and #186-190 are dark frame versions of the five face cards. Eight additional cards with the NCC code (#086/093 to 093/093) can only be found in Set and Collector Boosters.

They aren't legal for play in the Standard, Pioneer, or Modern formats. These cards are legal for play in the Commander, Vintage, and Legacy formats. There are 85 new cards (with printed set code NCC and collector numbers #001/093 to #085/093) printed in the Streets of New Capenna Commander Decks. This is because all set now feature Commander decks.

Unlike the comparable sets in previous years and timeframes, these Commander Decks are not branded as Commander 2022 (C22).
